No experience needed. Learn drain cleaning, tool operation, and basic repairs while training one-on-one with a journeyman.
Journeyman
Run service calls independently. Diagnose, repair, and replace fixtures while building your own customer base.

Tackle complex plumbing systems, mentor apprentices, and take on estimating and project leadership.

Plumber Apprentice
Perform drain cleaning and simple plumbing repairs while learning the plumbing trade. We are looking for highly motivated and mechanically inclined individuals who want to start a career in plumbing. No previous service experience is necessary.
Entry-Level / Apprentice
From $17.00 / hr
Pay increases with skills & experience
Preferred Skills & Education
- High School Diploma or trade school coursework
- Lift and carry 75 lbs in extreme temperatures and dirty environments
- Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
Training Program
- Clear clogged drain lines and operate snakes, sewer equipment, and hand tools
- Inspect and repair sinks, faucets, toilets, tub/showers, valves, and p-traps
- One-on-one training with a journey plumber on complex plumbing systems
Compensation & Requirements
- Entry-level hourly pay plus overtime pay
- Pay based on skills, desire to learn, and willingness to work hard
- Must be able to work flexible hours, 30-50 hours per week
- Paid holidays and vacation, and employer contribution health insurance
- Selected candidates will undergo a Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening, and Motor Vehicle Check
