Welcome to Sac Val Plumbing, a Division of United Valley, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

Sac Val Plumbing, a Division of United Valley, Inc. provides plumbing services for residential, commercial, industrial, restaurant, and property-management customers in the Sacramento region under State License #663804. Our services include:

• Drain cleaning, rooter service, and hydro jetting
• Water heater repair, replacement, and installation
• Leak detection, pipe repair, and repiping
• Sewer line inspection and repair
• Backflow testing and prevention
• Fixture installation and commercial kitchen plumbing
• Emergency plumbing and preventive maintenance
• Online service requests, scheduling, estimates, and invoicing

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Contractor Portal Terms

If you register as a contractor on our platform, you additionally agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications for your trade
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Submit accurate job requests and documentation
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
• Respond to communications and scheduling requests in a timely manner

5. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: All service appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling requests. Scheduled appointments are confirmed via email and/or SMS notification.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you request. Payment terms are as follows:

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept credit cards, ACH (bank account) transfers, and checks
• Card payments are subject to a 2.75% surcharge; ACH payments are subject to a $1.00 processing fee
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date

Online Payment Authorization: When you submit an online payment, you authorize Sac Val Plumbing, a Division of United Valley, Inc. to charge your selected card or to electronically debit the bank account you provide for a one-time, immediate payment in the amount shown at checkout (including any applicable surcharge or processing fee). Online payments are for services rendered and are processed immediately. Such payments are non-refundable except as required by law or where a billing error is reported within the dispute window above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and reports, are the exclusive property of Sac Val Plumbing, a Division of United Valley, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAC VAL PLUMBING, A DIVISION OF UNITED VALLEY, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sac Val Plumbing, a Division of United Valley, Inc. and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Plumbing work is subject to the agreed scope of service, applicable codes, and any required permits and inspections. Final permit and inspection approvals are determined by the applicable governmental authority.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
