Please include your full name, the email address and phone number associated with your account, and the service address if you have had work performed. This helps us verify your identity before removing anything.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Contact details (name, email, phone, mailing and service addresses)
• Quote and service requests, notes, and uploaded documents
• Saved payment methods stored with our payment processor
• SMS and email communication preferences and message history

3. What We May Keep

Some records must be retained to meet legal, tax, warranty, and compliance obligations. These may include completed invoices and payment records, permit and inspection documentation filed with a governmental authority, and records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Retained records are limited to what the law requires and are not used for marketing.

4. Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know in writing along with the reason.
