My sister is epileptic and broke her toilet on the Friday before Labor day weekend. I explained to the dispatcher that my mobile home manager recommended them because they always use them for their services. The dispatcher said he would see what he could do. Ruben showed up with a smile on his face. He was very friendly, thoughtful, and kind. He understood that my sister would have a tough weekend with no toilet. I had a plumbing issue at the house and Sergey came out and did all the right things. Kept the work area clean, kid and professional team that went above and beyond to remedy the issue, and make sure I was assured of the fix. Great team and service. Absolutely recommend Sac Val for any plumbing issues, and will be a return customer.

One of the best companies I've dealt with in Sacramento. I had a major clog in the main sewer line of my home, which caused a backflow into my toilet and shower. Sac Val Plumbing was able to get a technician out the same day this emergency situation happened. James was great over the phone. Informed me about the process, estimated time of technician arrival and had straightforward pricing. The technician that arrived to my home (Tim) was great. Tim worked for hours to diagnose and to fix this clog. With some help from another co-worker (Josh, I think) they were able to ultimately clear the clog, saving me and my family from a miserable weekend. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will go with this company for any plumbing issues that I have in the future.

I have been using Sac Val Plumbing for over 10 years. They are the best of the best. I am in the Property Management business and out of all my years in the business they are the best. They are professional, quick, get the job done the 1st time and very knowledgeable. I consider them like family and would not trade them for anyone else. Thanks guys! Oh the office gals are great as well! :)

Bummed I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but had a great experience with them on such short notice. Property manager sent them over and they came out the same day. Quickly fixed the issue and super nice and outgoing the entire time.

We love Sac Val Plumbing. They are the best plumber in Sacramento. Every time they send someone out, I know they will be knowledgeable, professional and personable.
